The scholarship was created in memory of Kristoffer Larsen, a 2012 Geneva High School graduate that suffered a Sudden Cardiac Death on May 27th, 2016, at an age of only 22. He was a healthy and caring young man that cared greatly for his siblings, friends, teammates, family and people around him. Kristoffer was the older brother of 3 younger siblings, providing them tremendous support and help. During his years at Geneva High School, he was an active cross country and long-distance track runner known to be a caring and supportive teammate. Kristoffer’s big smile, caring and unselfish personality will be dearly missed by his family and friends, and it is the hope that we through this scholarship some of these traits can be lifted and honored in his memory.
