Scholarship Notes: Check Not Posting To Your Student Account?

Scholarship payments are currently being issued to colleges/universities.  When checking with your school to see if your award payment has been applied to your account, keep in mind a couple of things:
1. The payment could be entered several different ways:
  • The name of your scholarship
  • Old Second Wealth Management
  • CFFRV
  • Community Foundation
  • Community Foundation FRV
  • Community Foundation of the Fox River Valley

2. Not everyone at the school is informed of the situation. Talk to multiple staff members throughout the day/week.

3. Ask if the school is doing any summer software updating that would prevent your check from showing up on your student account at this time.
