Meet Lauren Audrey, a junior at Rosary High School. This is her first year in YEP. “I have always wanted to be involved in the community and make a difference, but I didn’t know how. When I saw YEP, however, I found that I could really impact my community in so many meaningful ways. It is important to me to make a difference in the community because so many people do not have the necessary resources that I am blessed with, and I want to give them the same opportunities that I have. I especially love helping other youth in my community because as a youth myself, I can relate to them and better understand what they might need.”
